Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. A written solicitation will not be
issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and
clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular
(FAC) 97-12. The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure
the following items: CLIN 0001AA: The engineering, furnishing,
installation, and testing for a turn-key upgrade and integrate studio
and post production facility in accordance with System Specification
and Statement of Work (SOW), delivery schedule: within 60 days after
contract award. CLIN 0001AB: System manuals; in accordance with
paragraph 3.6.1., delivery schedule: within 60 days after contract
award; CLIN 0001AC: Engineering drawing; in accordance with paragraph
3.7., delivery schedule: within 30 calendar days of acceptance; CLIN
0001AD: The test and acceptance;in accordance with paragraph 4.1.,
delivery schedule: within 30 days after award of contract for review
and approval of Contracting Officer; CLIN 0001AE: Provide on-site
operator training; in accordance with paragraph 3.8 and 3.8.2.,
delivery schedule: within 15 days after acceptance by the Government;
CLIN 0001AF: Lesson plan; in accordance with paragraph 3.8.1., delivery
schedule: within 30 days after contract award. CLIN 0001AG: System
warranty; in accordance with 4.3.1., delivery schedule: one (1) year.

Patch Rd, Fort Sam Houston, TX. A pre-proposal on-site survey of the
installation site is scheduled for 12 August, 1999, 1:00PM, CST.

be considered by the agency. Offeror's proposals shall include all
specification data as requested in the SOW to enable the Government to
determine the capability of the offeror to meet the requirements.

95652. All responses to this notice must make reference to Project 9A6,
Ft Sam Houston. The brand named items listed in the Statement of Work
have identified as meeting or exceeding the Government's minimum
requirements but are not established as standards upon which other
offered brand named items will be evaluated. This solicitation is a
100% for small business set-aside; the SIC Code for this acquisition is
3663 (Size standard 750 employees). The evaluation criteria for this
solicitation will consist of technical capability of the equipment
offered to meet the agency need, price, and past performance. To be
eligible to receive an award resulting from this Solicitation,
contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration
(CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. In order to register, you may apply

your DUNS (Dun & Bradstreet) number in order to apply. Offerors shall
