Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject SYNOPSIS/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Respond to the following technical questions: A.) QUESTION: Is there a manufacture's part number you can reference for solicitation #RFQ-10-99-0053 Plenum Coax? ANSWER: Yes, there are two. Gepco part #VSD 2001 and Belden part # 1694A. B.) QUESTION: In the first paragraph of the description of Item 1, the cable is described a "serial digital video coax plenum cable. In the next paragraph, under cable salient characteristics, the specifications and description for a non-plenum cable is given. The question therefore is which cable do you want, the plenum or non-plenum version? ANSWER: NON-PLENUM VERSION. C.) QUESTION: Also, because the exact same specifications are spelled out for Item2, I would like confirmation of which version is desired for this item also. ANSWER: NON-PLENUM VERSION. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.
