The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP)is placing an order with The Computer Solution Company (TCSC) to provide assistance to BEP on the completion of tasks TCSC has started in the implementation of workflow processing employing Eastman Software_s Workfolders for Exchange (WFX) in Microsoft Outlook. The Contractor shall also assist in the completion of the implementation of other Microsoft-related products, as specified in the following tasks and options. Task 1: Implementation of Privacy-Related Forms using WFX. Task 2: Strategy for On-line Document Repositories for Approved Completed Forms, both Privacy _Related and General Use forms. Task 3: Implementation of Workflow Processing in the Review of BEP Issuance Clearances (Directives) Additionally, the order shall include the following three options: Option 1: Implementation of Microsoft_s System Management Server(SMS). Option 2: Assistance in the Implementation of Office 2000. Option 3: Assistance in the Use and Application of SMS to include the Implementation of other Operating System and Application Software. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. see numbered Note 22.
