The contractor shall provide personnel, facilities, equipment, materials necessary to operate, train, manage and maintain an armed uniformed security force, which shall include: 1. A ixed-Rate, Performance-Based Award Fee, Labor-Hour contract is contemplated with one twelve month base period (432,274 direct productive labor hours) and four twelve month option periods(432,274 direct productive labor hours per year).
