The Office of the Chief Financial Officer of the Distgrict of Columbia is planning on issuing a solicitation to request proposals from interested potential contractors for the design and implementation of a software system using Computer Associates' Endevor MVS (Cobol based) software. The software system required shall inventory and report on all hardware components and software applications that are installed at the hosting data center (in D.C. referred to as the SHARE computer center) and their interrelationships. -- -- - It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about August 4, 1999 (another announcement will be published).
