COMMENTS ON REVISED DECA PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has revised the PWS for stocking, custodial and storage services for commissary operations. We are seeking comments from our contractors prior to implementation of the new document. The purpose of the revision is to reduce the PWS in size, reorganize it and make it more results-oriented.
