SOL 072976-99-A-0218 DUE 082799 POC Hugh Roche, Project Manager, 253/925-9719 The contractor will furnish all necessary materials, equipment, services and labor for the construction of a new, Postal-owned Post Office in Silverton, Oregon. Work includes but is not limited to demolition, metal framing and gypsum board walls and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, custom cabinets and fixtures, glass storefront system, painting, metal doors, metal frames, door hardware, metal fabrications, security systems, electrical, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use. Scope of work also includes the removal and disposal of petroleum contaminated soil. The estimate for this contract is $850,000-$1,250,000. The performance period will be 180 days.
