Construction includes installation of a new gravel road with realignment and upgrade of portions of an existing dirt trail running along side the Landing Strip and extending over an existing earthen dam. Construction also includes installation of drainage ditches, silt traps, emergency spillway, gravel cover on side slopes of existing earthen dam and re-vegetation of barren and/or eroded areas within the project site. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Project range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years years must not esceed $13.5 million.
