Postal Service is soliciting proposals to convert space to a postal retail store at Ellicott Station, hereinafter referred to as "Buffalo, NY Ellicott Station" at 701 Washington St. in Buffalo. Major work items include demolition, pavement sealing, concrete ramps, railings, metal stud partitions, insulation, custom cabinets and fixtures, carpentry, painting, overhead doors, security systems, HVAC, electrical, and other related work. The estimated cost of the work is between $300,000.00 and $500,000.00, with completion within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on September 2, 1999. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made. Proposal documents, plans and specifications will be available o/a August 2, 1999 at a cost of $30.00 per set (non-refundable) from the Facilities Service Office, U. S.
