Install or replace new emergency generators at buildings 3840, 6623,6628A, 6634, 6643, 7230A, 7541, 7703 and 7735. Furnsh and install new transfer switches, power supplies, and exhaust systems, etc. Provcide complete;wiring with THHN wires in rigid metal conduit on surface or underground from main control panel to generator switches, control boxes, etc and install new grounding stations at each generator and complete grounding in accordance with requirements of NEC, 1999. Install new fuel tanks (Convault) with those machines. The period of performance for this project is 180 calendar days. Range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1731, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern, and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
