Repair erosion damage within seven (7) tracts of land containing 28.71 acres of Training Area 43, Range 55 Flight Landing Strip. Upgrade of land will include grading, shaping, land smoothing and seeding (turf etsblishment) for fields 1, 3, and 4. Seedbed preparation and seeding (turf establishment) only will be required for fields 2 and 5. Construct riprap silt checks in drainage ditches for water and sediment control and also four (4) low water crossing points. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $13.5 million.
