This solicitation is a Request for Quotes, with a performance period of 60 calendar days, to include a submittal review/material acquisition period of 30 days, and a construction performance period of 30 days. This is an unrestricted solicitation under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be electronically posted on the WEB on or about 16 Aug 99, with a closing date 30 calendar days after RFQ issuance. Paper copies of the solicitation and SOW will not be available. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be posted on the Electronic Posting System at http://www.eps.gov.
