This is a Task Order Requirement Type contract with Base Year and four (4) Option Periods. Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances, and materials in performing all operations in connection with the Electrical Requirements, Installations and Replacements. Work includes wiring systems equipment, electrical distribution system subtation equipment, transformers, electrical disbribution transformers, high-voltage disconnecting devices, overhead electrical distribution systems, underground electrical distribution system, electrical distribution system grounding, electrical distribution system capacitor banks, electrical distribution system voltage regulators, interior low-voltage disconnection devices, panelboards and load centers, poles for street and area lighting systems, ballasts and transformers, street and area lighting controls, luminaires, and lightning arrestors. Additional work includes FTC demolition specs, main electrical supply station and substation, electrical distribution system, aerial and underground, and exterior lighting includiung security and CCTV. Project range for this acquisition is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This acquisition is pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Prgram. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1731, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
