Provide new transfer switches, power supplies, heaters, exhaust systems and complete with new fuel tanks. Grounding and bonding as per NEC, 1999. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1731, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
