The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire various parts for the repair of a HH-60H helicopter. These parts include one (1) each of the following: Lower nose p/n 70000-81120-541; Tail pylon p/n 70000-86030-500; Stabilator p/n 70200-27000-546; Stabilator L/H p/n 70200-27001-544; Stabilator R/H p/n 70200-27001-545; Canopy Assembly p/n 70200-81201-541; Lower Mid Fuselage p/n 70200-82330-500; Main Landing Gear L/H p/n 70250-32100-046; Main Landing Gear R/H p/n 70250-32100-047; Oleo Assembly p/n 70250-32101-043; and miscellaneous repair parts. The government does retain the drawings to these parts. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Sikorsky Support Services, Inc., Troy Division, 299 Airport Blvd., Troy, AL, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Sikorsky Support Services, Inc., is the only known provider of these supplies at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement F09603-99-G-0002 will be awarded as a result of this request for quotation. Interested parties may identify their interests and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk DET Philadelphia.
