The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport is soliciting proposals for an Electronic Support Measurement (ESM) Target Generator System. The ESM System will be a transportable system that will add electronic warfare testing capability to the AUTEC weapons ranges for many different platforms. The ESM System will consist of a radar simulator, calibration equipment, operator workstation, high power amplifiers, antennas, antenna support systems and all necessary cables and interfaces to run the total system. The system will be housed in a rugged, corrosion resistant and air conditioned enclosure that is sealed against the environment and is suitable for year round operation at Andros Island, Bahamas. Two options will be included; one for calibration equipment and one for spare parts. The system will be built in accordance with government furnished statement of work and performance specification. The system shall be delivered and installed at AUTEC, Andros Island, Bahamas. Acquisition is unrestricted. SIC Code 3812 applies. Award will be made on a best value basis.
