Johnson, Phone: 301-227-7817 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requirement: Item 1, ArcView GIS S/W, Version 3.1 for Windows, including Day-One Maintenance for each copy, Quantity 45. Item 2, ArcView 3D Analyst S/W for ArcView GIS for Windows, including Day-One Maintenance for each copy, Quantity 10. Item 3, ArcView Tracking Analyst S/W for ArcView GIS for Windows, including Day-One Maintenance for each copy, Quantity 3. Item 4, ARC/INFO S/W, Version 7.2.1 for Windows NT (or 8.0 if available), Quantity 3. At a minimum all software shall include the manufacturer's standard warranty. Prospective Offerors are requested to provide a quote for the requirement defined above. Partial quotes are not acceptable. Award will be to only one Offeror. The software shall be delivered to the addresses below: NIMA, 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003 or NIMA, 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold, MO 63010. Delivery of all items is F.O.B. Destination. Desired delivery is no later than 30 days after contract award. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-12 and the current version of the DFARS as of the date of the synopsis. The following clauses apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2 (evaluation is based on low price, technically acceptable), FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000 (both to be provided upon request), FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5 and DFARS 252.212-7001 (appropriate clauses will be defined at time of award, IAW w/ the FAR and DFARS) and DFARS 252.204-7000 and 252.212-7004. These clauses are not applicable if items are ordered via GSA/Agency Schedule/Contract Vehicle (except DFARS 252.204-7000 and 252.212-7004). In this case, the Schedule/Contract Vehicle terms and conditions shall apply. Offeror will be ineligible for award if it is not registered in the CCR. All information technology must be Year 2000 Compliant IAW the definition under FAR 39.002.
