Each blanket shall be neatly folded and shall be supplied in a suitable, sealed, polyethylene bag. Excess air shall be expelled from the bag prior to sealing by any suitable means, ie. heat sealed, tuck/reverse flap, tape, etc. The quantity of 5,261 blankets each (EA) is to be delivered to the following Defense Depots: DD Mechanicsburg, DD Tracy.
