The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to negotiate and award a sole source procurement, with a base and four option years, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304c(1) to: Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, Nespelem, Washington; Nez Perce Tribe, Lapwai, Idaho; Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, Pendleton, Oregon; and Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakima Indian Nation, Toppenish, Washington. Contractors shall furnish all services, labor, materials and equipment needed for conducting a systematic assessment of identifiable traditional cultural properties (TCPs) located on Corps of Engineers land within the McNary, Ice Harbor, Lower Monumental, Little Goose, Lower Granite, and Dworshak Reservoirs, northeastern Oregon, southeastern Washington and northwestern Idaho.
