The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM)) intends to issue an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, time and materials contract and subsequent delivery orders to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) for the F-14 aircraft program. The Navy will procure sustaining engineering, logistics, training, production/post production support, support equipment services, software and associated technical data. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of each of the F-14 aircraft, NGC is the only known source who possesses the required expertise, technical data, and knowledge of each aircraft's configuration to provide the required efforts.
