A&E firms capable of meeting the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit 1) a Standard Form 254, Archietct-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire; and 2) a Standard Form 255, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project to the above referenced procurement office. Firms having a current Standard Form 254 on file with the procurement office shown are not required to resubmit this form. Firms responding to this announcement before the closing date will be considered for selection subject to any limitations indicated with respect to size of firm, specialized technical experience or other requirements as listed. In evaluating proposals, the following criteria will be applied: (1) professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; (2)Specialized experience and technical competence of the firm in the type of work required (3) Capacity of the firm to accomplish the work in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules; (5) Location in the general geographic area of the project and knowledge of the project locality; (6) Experience and qualification of proposed key personnel.
