Resources include performance support modules, perspective and newsgroup analytical articles, newsletter library (LRP pubs, Office of Personnel Management, etc), employee relations, labor relations and EEO bulletins, E-Gram library, up to the minute archive year in reviews of EEO, labor relations and employee relations trends and case law developments, case index numbering system summaries of case decisions and arbitration awards complete library subscription includes basic service, personnel & administration library (includes FPM_S), EEO library (EEOC), labor relations library (FLRA), employee relations library (MSPB), Pay & benefits library (FPBR) Newsletter library.
