We wish to contract with a qualified professional (consulting ecologist, hydrologist, or soil scientist) to complete a field inventory of watershed improvement or restoration needs in the hydrologic basins of Pasco Canyon, Moores Creek, and upper Reese River watersheds of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest in Nevada. The contractor shall complete watershed improvement and restoration plans which will be used to implement restoration treatments in degraded streams, riparian areas, and rangelands which are habitat for the endangered Lahontan Cutthroat Trout, and the sensitive species, spotted frog.
