J -- ADPE HARDWARE MAINTENANCE SERVIES FOR 44 GATEWAY 9000 6X6 SERVERS, FIFTEEN (15) ALR 2X2 SERVERS &ASSOCIATED HARDWARE PERIPHERALS. The Defense Logistics Agency has a requirement to provide ADPE hardware maintenance services on forty-four (44) Gateway 9000 6x6 servers, fifteen (15) ALR 2x2 servers and associated hardware peripherals. The contractor shall provide four (4) hours on-site response for all of the Gateway 9000 series servers and one (ALR) 2x2 server, and next business day response for fourteen (14) of the ALR 2x2 servers. The four-hour response time is required for maintenance to be performed during the Principal Period of Maintenance and Outside the Principal Period of Maintenance as defined within this CBD. The scope of this contract also requires the Contractor to deinstall, install and move ADPE hardware when requested by the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). These platforms support the DECA Interactive Business System (DIBS). The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, technical manuals, diagnostic program, repair parts, maintenance supplies, tools, test equipment, transportation and other related suppliesto provide on-site maintenance services and keep all equipment functioning according to the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) specification. This action is for a base year plus seven (7) option years. DIBS servers are located in: OCONUS: There are eight (8) 9000 systems in the European Region (all in the same location at Kapaun Air Station, Vogelweh, Germany.) Additionally, there are two (2) Gateway 9000 servers in Okinawa. CONUS: There are Eighteen (18) Gateway 9000 6x6 and four (4) 2x2 servers at Ft. Lee, VA. Twelve (12) Gateway 9000 6x6 at McClellan AFB, Sacramento, CA. Four (4) Gateway 9000 6x6 and eleven (11) 2x2 servers at American Systems Consulting in Columbus, OH. The contractor shall be provided by DECA a Certificate of Maintainability certifying all equipment is in good working order and meets OEM specifications.
