Building 1325 is a single story brick construction with a shingle roof system and Building 1326 is a two-story brick construction with a shingle roof. Both buildings will be reroofed with a standing seam metal roof system. Interior renovations include demolition, architectural renovation and upgrade to the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire alarm system to the sleeping rooms, day rooms, corridors, laundry rooms and administrative space. Exterior work includes landscaping, lighting, site improvements and brick cleaning/pressure washing. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000.000.00.
