The response time required by FAR 5.203 would begin on the date of issuance of the EBS solicitation. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This is a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The contractor shall provide a new sink inside Building 02694. Provide a new carbon monoxide monitor inside Building 02694. A meter on filter system discharge piping. Relocate meter on backwash discharge piping, insulate backwash piping. Relocate backwash pump. Install chlorine feed line to the inlet of filters. Extend fiberglass cover over concrete contact chamber. Provide a sunshade over filter system. Performance time is 120 calendar days. The tentative issue date is on or about 5 August 1999 with the quotes due 23 August 1999 at 2:00 p.m. The SIC Code is 1623. The related small business standard is 17.0 million.
