Study. NATO/SACLANT requests information on capabilities of complete
provisioning through preplanned civilian contracting. 2. NATO/SACLANT
has a requirement for a teo-area study to provide data in Logistics
Capabilities/Forces and Logisitic Tasks: (a) Logisitic
Capabilities/Forces: This study will identify Logisitic
Capabilities/Forces that are desirable to support NATO operations.
Deliverable: The deliverable will be a comprehensive listing (in paper
and Excel Spreadsheet) that will be used by NATO nations and PfP
nations to identify to NATO their Logistic Capabilities/Forces. (b)
Logistic Tasks: this study will identify the Logistic Tasks that are
necessary to support a NATo Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF) and/or
which are performed by the Multinational Joint Logistics Center (MJLC).
This study must also identify which of these tasks can/should
reasonably be contracted out to a non-military third party
organization/contractor. Deliverable: The deliverable will be a
comprehensive matrix (in paper and Excel Spreadsheet) of applicable
logisitic tasks, by category (CJTF and/or MLJC), that coulbe be used by
NATO to identify potential non-militarythird part sources. 3. NATO
