NASA/HQ plans to issue a Request for Quote for a fully qualified and experienced sound equipment supply and installation vendor to furnish and install specific pieces of audio and sound related equipment in the NASA Headquarters building auditorium, located in Washington, D.C. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. All prospective offers must request a copy of RFQ 10-02340 by August 23, 1999. Due to the schematic drawing attachments, all RFQ's will be hard copies only. The anticipated release date of RFQ 10-02340 is August 24, 1999 with an anticipated quote due date of September 7, 1999.
