Q -- The Redlake Indian Health Service Hospital in Redlake, Minnesota is soliciting for a contractor to provide a mobile mamography unit to provide medical imaging services for the Native American patients of the Redlake Service Unit utilizing these services. The service unit requires a contractor who can provide the necessary equipment, transportation of that equipment, qualified technical personnel, and film to provide quality imaging services to the hospital on a part-time basis in compliance with JCAHO accreditation. The contract would be for a 12 month base year period with four one-year option periods. The contractor shall supply licensed qualified mammogram and ultrasound technologists who are registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) and certified by the FDA. The contractor will possess liability insurance for services performed by their technologists.
