Readjustment counseling services constitute social and psychological counseling to include individual, group, and family counseling, job and career counseling, and substance abuse counseling. Offerors will be expected to have the capability directly or through arrangements to provide physical assessments, medical treatment or therapy. Service providers submitting offers in response to this request for proposals must be physically located in LaSalle County, Illinois. Contract period shall begin approximately October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000, with four option years through September 30, 2004. Bidding documents will be available after August 12, 1999.
