of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to enter into an Interagency
Agreement with the Library of Congress's FEDLINK to utilize an existing
Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to purchase DowVision, which provides
comprehensive coverage of up to the minute business and financial news
(e.g. the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times), for
up to 3000 authorized OCC employees from Dow Jones Company. It is
anticipated that the period of performance for this service will be
from December 1, 1999 -- September 30, 2000. This notice of intent is
not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document
is available. Information received will be considered solely for the
purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement
which is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Responses (in
writing) should include full costing information, as well as
descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to
establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement. Written
responses must be received within thirty(30) days of publication of
