Bldg.) at IMMA, Fort McCoy, WI. Work includes site preparation and concrete foundation installation with insulation. Furnish and construct a pre-engineered metal building including all structural framing, insulation, roofing, siding, hardware, fasteners, sealants, and/or caulk to meet requirements in the specifications. Miscellaneous metal work, trench and concrete work, electrical work, carpentry work, priming and painting, board insulation, batt and blanket insulation will be required. Install fire extinguisher cabinets and accessories, rain gutters, downspouts and accessories, louvers, entry and overhead doors complete with hardware as specified. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The SIC is 1542 and size standard is $17.0 million. A bid bond of 20% is required. Performance time will be 303 days. Requests for the IFB must be in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per IFB package.
