Work includes the removal of 4" of topsoil, construction of open ditches, installing geocomposite drain fields, polyethylene pipe. Upon completion of this work, the previously excavated areas will be graded and covered with 4" topsoil. The contractor will provide a finish grade and seed. Application of erosion control measures, to include the placement of a silt fence. The period of performance is 125 calendar days. Range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $13.5 million.
