The first pilot project is at Fort Hood, Texas. The project involves the long-term management, operations and maintenance of Fort Hood housing inventory. The object is to improve the Fort Hood community, not just housing. The RFQ will be issued electronically, no later than August 6, 1999, via the RCI Internet Website: rci.army.mil.
