Indefinite Quantity Type Contract to provide general construction
maintenance services for infrastructure support at the Bunker Hill
Superfund Site. General work tasks include maintenance of roads,
surface water ditches/culverts and snow removal; hydroseed of disturbed
areas; and miscellaneous work which may include painting, plumbing,
surveying and mechanical maintenance. Personnel shall meet requirements
of 29 CFR 1910.120, safety and health for hazardous work sites.
AVAILABILITY: This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set
(EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS-CD-Rom disks with plans and specs
available on or about 23 August 1999 at no charge per set. No
individual sheets are available. EBS CD-Rom disks will be issued on a
first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone
requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number DACW67-99-B-0059 when ordering.
Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and be received before bid documents will
be mailed. Requests may be FAXed to (206) 764-6817 or sent via eMail
to plans-room-cenws-ct@usace.army.mil, an additional confirmation copy
of your request need not be mailed. Please be sure to include if you
are a Prime, Sub or Plans Room. EBS CD-Roms may be picked up from the
Plans Room Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
Submit requests by 16 August 1999. Estimated dollar value is in the
range of $1 million to $5 million and completion period is 365
days/year for one base year and two one year options. Standard
Industrial Classification Code is 1629. Project is 100% small business
set-aside.For the purpose of this procurement a concern is considered
a small business if its average annual receipts are $17 million or
