The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, has a competitive requirement for all labor, material, equipment, and plant to fabricate and deliver oil coolers for generator thrust bearings for three generators. Delivery shall be f.o.b. destination to Ice Harbor Dam, Walla Walla County, Washington. Oil coolers are circular in shape, 13 foot outside diameter and 11.5 feet inside diameter. Each oil cooler is fabricated in two semi-circular halves. Each oil cooler will be a 2-pass type and have 48 tubes. Tubes are inch o.d. fitted with cooling fins. Coolers are to be designed for 75 psi water pressure. Contract completion will be 120 calendar days after receipt of contract award notification. PROCUREMENT UNRESTRICTED. For reporting purposes, the size standard for small business concerns under Standard Industrial Classification Code 3443 is the average employment on a full-time, part-time, temporary, or other basis during each of the pay periods of the preceding 12 months, shall not exceed 500 employees.
