The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm fixed price unit prices for dry breathing oxygen and storage units, as required by the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. The resulting contract will be from the date of award or 01 October 1999, whichever is later, through 31 September 2000 with provisions for three one-year option periods. Estimated quantities for the base year are as follows: 13,500,000 CF of dry breathing oxygen; Rental of one 6000 gallon tank for 12 months; Rental of one 1500 gallon tank for 12 months.
