These PCMICA devices provide a 33.6 Kbps modem with an on-board cryptographic processor providing tamper-resistant, high-assurance secure communications for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order using simplied acqusitions procedures to Kasten Chase Applied Research, Reston, VA 20190. Offers who can furnish the same items listed above may submit in writing, a proposal substaniated by technical data, brochures, pictures, capabilities, to incude pricing (FOB Designation). All responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the date of this CBD notice. No telephone requests will be accepted. Request for a solicitation will be considered nonresponsive. All responses from responsible sources submitting the required informtion will be fully considered.
