On Site Support: System failure directly attributable to the subject software which cannot be corrected by telephone support, mailed upgrades, or any other means will require on-site support by the contractor or a representative thereof. Response time for on-site support will be 24 hours from the time the contractor and the Government agree that correction cannot be made by any other means. Any costs associated with such on-site visits will be borne by the contractor. The provision of FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition.
