The U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command has a requirement for services to remove 1 Central Station Heating and Ventilation Unit (HVAC) AC-3 and required ductwork, piping, fiberglass insulation, electrical service, and control wiring. The contractor shall then furnish and install (1) New HVAC units complete with steam preheat coil, chilled water cooling coil, and centrifugal fan. Existing piping, ductwork, electrical supply, and controls shall be modified as needed to suite requirements of new equipment. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the specification and drawings. Work will be performed at the U.S. Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Natick, Ma. Contractors shall make a site visit to inspect existing conditions.
