In accordance with P.L. 94-437, Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, as amended, and FAR Part 6.302-1 and 6.302-5; the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to negotiate and award a cost-reimbursement type contract for the period of October 1, 1999, through September 30, 2000, with an option to extend the contract for four (4) one-year periods, to South Dakota Urban Indian Health, Inc., Pierre, South Dakota, on a noncompetitive basis. The services are to be provided to the eligible Urban Indian population residing within the Aberdeen, Pierre and Sioux Falls, South Dakota service areas. Services to be provided include Community Health Representative services in the Pierre area; and health care services to include administrative services, limited clinical services (medical, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, medical records, dental and optometric), outreach and referral services and limited transportation services.
