Additionally, the advisor serves as the Department liaison to the Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Bureau's main point of security and security assistance point of contact to major USG defense and security assistance agencies. INL's authority to award personal services contracts is limited to individuals. Therefore, only individuals will be considered for contract award. The grade classification is equivalent to a GS-14 through GS-15. The position location is at the Department of State in Washington, D.C.
