Coast Guard_s requirement for Entry-Level Aviation Maintenance
Technician (AMT) and Avionics Technician (AVT) Training Instruction,
published in the CBD on 7 May 1999, is hereby modified as follows. The
maximum class size is changed to read _twenty-five (25) students_ (the
original synopsis stated 150 students). Also, the following two
sentences are hereby added: _The Contractor may be required to teach
classes concurrently. As such, the maximum number of students on-site
at the Contractor facility at any given time will be one-hundred fifty
