Services Nonpersonal: Contractor to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation, devices, supervision and other items necessary for the Grounds Maintenance for the 56th Medical Sq. Complex on 13 buildings and associated grounds at Luke AFB, AZ., as defined in statement of work (SOW).
