The work to be performed will include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Inspect, Repair, Maintenance, and Certification of domestic elevator systems at selected Missile Alert Facilities assigned to Malmstrom AFB Montana. Work elements to include but not limited to such work as Baseline, Initial, and Final Status Investigation; Repair and Replacement of items and componets; Development and Publication of required Operational and Maintenance Manuals; Production of Training Videos; and Elevator Certifications. Anticipated awarded contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indifinite Quantity contract consisting of performance period for Basic Year of 365 calendar days from date of award with two possible one year options to run from the end of the previous performance period. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 16 Aug 1999. Proposal Closing will be on or about 15 Sep 99. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Price Performance Trade-Off basis.
