combined synopsis/solicitation as follows: 1)The dedicated electrical
panel is located in the same area of the work site and is approximately
50' from the east wall and 22' from the west wall. It is 3-phase power.
The designated site will be open and free from equipment and trades at
the time of installation. 2) It will not be necessary for the conveyor
scanning device to interface with any existing systems. The conveyor
system must stand alone and operate independently. The proposed system

designs include compressed air, vendor will need to provide and install
all necessary components. 4) There will be no interface with the US

bins. 5) Customs does not plan to purchase any x-ray equipment. The two
existing government owned x-ray machines do not need to be configured
on the new conveyor belt system. 6) The correct aisle widths should be
as follows: east side (solid wall) 8' aisle, west side (chain link
fence) 3' aisle, north and south areas are open. 6) Minimum package
size is 5"l x 8"w. maximum package size is 4'l x 2'w. 7) Definition of

imbedded approximately 6-9" apart enabling packages to move in any
direction. 8) On the second page of the drawing provided, at the five
lanes identified as "A" Regular and Express Mail, add a start/stop foot
pedal for each lane. 9) The government will be as flexible as possible
to set up the required on-site training of government personnel. 10)
