The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price, FOB Destination for 67 each -- 40,000 lb. Minimum Capacity-Multiple Leg Slings. Inspection and Acceptance will be at origin with FOB at Destination. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses are being implemented in this requirement. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items, applies except paragraph(s): Ignore (d), (h), and all of (i).
