Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) intends to procure one (1) each Injector Calibration Test Stand, General Motors Electro-Motive Division (GM-EMD) part number 9545110, to include three (3) sets of associated Operation & Maintenance Manuals in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard foreign military sales Taiwan. The desired delivery date is 6 weeks after contract award. FOB Destination, with delivery to Bremerton, WA. The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award on a sole source basis with General Motors Electro-Motive Division or any GM-EMD authorized dealer. The Government is unable to provide the specifications and drawings necessary to support a competitive procurement, as they are proprietary to GM-EMD. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. The acquisition will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial Acquisition and Simplified Acquisition respectively.
