Submission No. 363846 contained incorrect information. This CBD posting
is correct. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport
(NUWCDIVNPT) intends to contract for a First Article unit and
production units of AN/BQN-17 Secure Depth Sounder System
Replacement/Upgrade. One First Article unit and a minimum of
twenty-eight (28) production units, maximum of thirty-two (32) units,
will be required. The First Article unit will not substitute for the
required production quantity. Documentation including an option for an
Integrated Allowance Document will also be required. ISO 9001 Quality
Assurance Standards apply. Allowance for Provisioned Items Orders
(PIO) will be included in the contract. Specifications are classified
CONFIDENTIAL. Offerors shall provide Contractor and Government Entity
(CAGE) Code and shall request specifications from Commercial
Acquisition Department, Building 11, Naval Undersea Warfare Center,
Division Newport, Attn: Carol Boehler, Code 5912, Simonpietri Drive,
Newport, Rhode Island 02841-1708. Requests may be faxed to

Firm-Fixed-Price contact with options. Pricing based on various options
for quantities. Delivery of First Article after contractor testing will
be 15 months after contract to NUWCDIVNPT; delivery of production units
will be 12 months after FAAT. If options need to be exercised, delivery
will be 12 months after exercise of option. F.O.B. Origin. Technical
proposal including past performance data required. Award will be based
on best value for the Government. Closing date for receipt of
proposals will be 60 days after release if time permits. SIC is 3812.
