This requested update will extend the geographic scope to include the other states in the Southeast region (North Carolina through Louisiana) and the Pacific states (California through Washington). The contractor will produce two reports that will follow the format of NOAA Technical Memorandum Number NMFS-F/SPO-39 "Volume III: Summary Report of Methods and Descriptive Statistics for the 1994 Northeast Region Marine Recreational Fishing Participation Survey".
